La concertation publique sur le projet de transport combiné de l’Orléanais se tiendra jusqu’au 13 février. Organisée par SNCF Réseau, elle a permis aux citoyens et aux acteurs du territoire de s’informer et de donner leur avis sur ce projet stratégique visant à développer le fret ferroviaire.
Implanté à Fleury-les-Aubrais, ce futur site de transport combiné facilitera le transfert de marchandises entre la route et le rail, permettant ainsi de réduire le nombre de camions sur les routes. Un train de fret pouvant remplacer environ 40 camions, ce projet contribuera à la transition écologique en diminuant la consommation d’énergie et les émissions de CO₂. Avec un financement de 10,3 millions d’euros, il s’inscrit dans une ambition nationale de tripler le transport combiné d’ici 2030.
La concertation a recueilli les avis du public via des réunions, des contributions en ligne et des échanges avec les parties prenantes. Un bilan sera prochainement publié pour intégrer les remarques et optimiser la mise en œuvre du projet.
